My OLD Cricut has pretty much gone the way of the dodo and I’d love to replace it with a digital machine- no cartridges. I’ve seen so many amazing things from the Silhouette and I’d love to have one.

I have the old silhouette and it only cuts 8 1/2″ wide paper. I sure could use this one for my many workshops. It is great that it cuts so wide…scrap book size pages…yoohoo!!

I would love to try the cameo. I have several cricuts but them are no longer compatible with my favorite software Make the Cut. I’ve been looking around for something that would do the job and I think the Cameo would be just the ticket. I subscribe to several of Northridge’s magazines for my crafting inspiration. I’ve dreamed of having a Silhouette Cameo for quite some time. I just know it would take my scrapping to a whole new level.
This beauty would save me money that could be spent on other crafting supplies plus it would save on shelf space which is starting to be a problem.

I would live to use the Silhouette machine to help the elderly I work with make handmade crafts to share with their grandchildren.
I need this machine so bad! I saw a tutorial on how to use it for copper clay and I am dying to try it out. This machine does so many things and with a 3 year old running around and a house under construction I can see me using it for craft time and decorating as well as scrapping and jewelry making! There are so many reasons why I need and love this machine… For starters, it is 12×12 format and I’ve been wanting to do die cuts and sketches at the bigger format. Besides die cutting, there are so many functions that this machine provides which comes in handy when organizing parties, dinners, etc.
I would love to try the Shilouette Cameo! I would use it with the class of special needs students that I scrapbook with. WE docuement accomplishments and activites and scrapbook each week. The students use motor skills, hand eye co-ordination, following directions to name a few.

When comparing electronic cutting machines for purchase a few months ago, the Cameo came out on top for me, hands down! I can see why Heidi uses it to channel her uber-creativity, and she sure is one creative gal. Jessica’s site offers SO much, both in terms of classes and products to use with the Cameo. i have already taken a couple of jessica’s classes and i love that she speaks to me and not down to me..her directions and videos are clear and i replay them a lot to make sure i get all the fine details..i would love to take another class from her and to win the silouhette would be amazing as well!
Now , why would I love to win this machine? Simply because I like all the gorgeous projects in the crafting world and one word seems to be common among all the projects…Cameo! I do not own a personal cutting machine. The Silhouette CAMEO looks like the top of the line. I especially like the variety of items it can cut. I need to win this machine!

I could DEFINITELY use this machine! I live in a tiny town 100 miles from nowhere, and due to unplanned circumstances, I’m a homemaker again, and so I’m throwing myself head first into some of the crafts I’ve always wanted to do but never had the time to; problem is, I’m not very good at doing the really detailed work that this machine does. I’d really like to be able to not only amaze my husband and family with my crafty visions, but I’d love to do some really great things for the youth group at my church as well! So how about giving me a shot to really ‘wow’ my tiny town, and show my family members what I’ve got!
I need this because my bff and I scrapbook together as much as we can and have been DYING to get our hands on one since Heidi started doing fabulous things with it!!

I would love to try this for cutting vinyl decals. I have a cricut, but I can’t print the vinyl and then get the Cricut to cut my printed design out, If I understand correctly, the Silhouette can detect a printed images and cut them out. Having that capability would be fantastic.

Oh my goodness what an incredible give away! Here is why I would be blessed beyond belief if I were t win the cameo. I had two garage sales this past spring to save up for a cameo. Well apparently the buyers were not buying because I came up very short. My friend decided to go in with me so we actually purchased one. We were also in business together. Sadly, it has not worked out with her being in business with me which means we also are not going to be “sharing” the cameo and since I owe her money from the business, she gets the machine. Boohoo for me, right?! As far as what I could learn with Jessica’s classes, I would take a Photoshop class. I am enrolled in her Kerri Bradford Cameo class which is awesome, except when you no longer have a machine. Sorry for the long response. I am thrilled some lucky girl or guy will win such an incredible prize! Woohoo.

I need this machine ! I have heard nothing but good things about it, but have already overspent my craft budget on Cricut machines that work when they feel like it, and the expense of carts that only have a few designs that I want, yet I still have to buy the whole darn thing….I need a reliable machine with an expert who can teach me the ins and outs of it so I can improve my crafting ! That’s what I need !
I love the Silhouette! I used a friends at a crop last month and LOVED it. i now need to sell my cricut so i can get it. i think i would use it so much more , I like that you can buy what u use not have all these other designs you might never use with the cricut. I have been contemplating a silhouette for awhile I just can’t seem to make the leap. Thanks for the chance!
I need this machine sooooo badly!! I bought a cricut many years ago when it first came out and thought that I would go broke buying all those cartirdges. So instead of investing all that money I gave the machine away! So I went forever without an electronic cutting machine. As soon as the Cameo was introduced I wanted it, badly! Unfortuntely, money has been tight for many years and I had to stop all extra spending. I recently began teaching a scrapbooking class at a not for profit organization. This machine would help me out soo much! I could stop cutting embellishments by hand (no kidding)! I could put actual letters on a page instead of rectangles with words printed from my computer. This machine would mean so much to our NICU! Our nurses love to make special crafts for our tiny patients- they mean so much to the parents that can’t be there all the time or have to simply go home at the end of the day. Just to have a cool way to make a special memory for “Baby’s Book” would be great. Also, I am leaving the area soon and this would be a great little something to leave behind.

I have been lucky enough to take some of Jessica’s online classes. They are simply the best and most of all I love the stuff they give away for the classes. My next set of classes on my wish list are the photography classes. As for the Silhoutte.. my poor best friend has me practically living at her house because she acquired her Silhoutte. I am a card a maker. I use my computer for graphic images all the time. I need the Silhouette Cameo because I can cut what I print. I love the Cricut but it is sooo limited to cutting prescribed paper shapes. Especially now, and it does have it’s place.But with the Silhouette Cameo I can cut what I print from my computer and also more delicate cuts.

I know some of the ones commenting here already have this machine. But for me who doesn’t have this is a great help in crafting especially for my personal business of paper crafting and invitations. A lot of my 3d projects are hand cut and that takes time. With this machine and endless craft products I can cut, cutting is a breeze, no more painful fingers with using scissors. I have had my eye on the Silhouette for some time now and have been dreaming of having it. My daughter and I craft together and have for many years wished our Cricut could do what the Silhouette can do…….just print designs and fonts straight from our computer! I also love the combo of Heidi and Jessica. I have taken all of the Mouse, Paper, Scissors classes she offers and love them! I will be going to take care of my son during his post op after some major surgery (he’s in the armed forces in CA, I’m in OH) and was hoping to sign up for another of Jessica’s classes to do during part of that time when I won’t have my crafts with me and will be going through craft withdrawal

I have wanted a Silhouette for some time now -THE electronic die-cutting machine that allows you to be completely creative. I really want a machine like this so I can die-cut exactly what I’ve got in my head!

This is a great opportunity. I have 6 grandchildren and we enjoy to do scrapbook and crafts together, so they know how I love to do crafts. Having a Silhouette would definitely take my creativity to another level. There is nothing like having a tool that enhances your innate ability to create and that was I think the Silhouette would do for me along with the help and teaching of Jessica. I took my very first scrapbooking class with Jessica years ago on journaling and I haven’t turned back!!

I love that the Cameo allows users to cut shapes up to 12×12 in size. I think that is the biggest sell for me. And the Jessica Sprague classes would allow me to learn digiscrapping, which I find amazingly intriguing. cnighs at yahoo dot com

I have two girls in different sororities and trying to keep up with what they need cut out if difficult. I’m so tired to being confined to what is on Cricut cartridges. And having 10 feet of continuous cutting space would help me out tremendously!!

I have taken some of Jessica’s classes and they are simply awesome for learning the things you need to know to get going with your art and amazingly affordable.
After returning to art after a 25+ yr hiatus because of a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, which has sequestered me to permanent disability I am exploring more and more art techniques that will enable me to continue making art. The art I have seen from friends who are lucky enough to own a Silouhette Cameo takes my breath away, I am amazed at its capabilities and I would so love to have the chance to explore the machine’s capabilities through my own hands.

I would love to have a Silhouette. I have a Cricut and I find I don’t use it because you have to buy cartriges and you only use it for one or two images. With the Silhouette you can buy what you want and I love that idea. This machine is on my wish list. I want the cameo. I had a silhouette and it broke (I have 5 children in the house and it didn’t last). I was so sad. i loved the ability to use fonts and I still look at the silhouette blog every day! I love Jessica Sprague. She is so talented. I think she might help me overcome my fear of working with .png and .abr and figuring out what all that means and how to use them in an easy way.

What a fabulous giveaway! I have heard so many wonderful things about the Cameo I truly want one! Mainly I like the ability of designing with the software and not to depend on cartridges and the super clean cuts even on the tinniest details! I think Jessica’s class will take me to the next level in crafting, I have also read so many good reviews on their class I would love to take it!

That’s a lot of comments but I could really use the Silhouette since my husband won’t give me any money to buy one, sigh! THe things I could do with it, and the classes, I would really love to learn how to do digital scrapbooking so I could share my childrens photos with thier grandparents that live so far away.

This machine is absolutely amazing and would so make my life much less stressful! What an incredible “toy/tool” the Silhouette is! I would love to win this and it would make me one happy girl!
I would love to have a Silhouette Cameo. I don’t have a digital die cutting machine and owning one would allow me to take my crafting to the next level as would taking one of Jessica Sprague’s classes. I love to make cards and have scrapbooked some but would not consider myself a seasoned paper crafter and feel there is still plenty for me to learn.

I would LOVE to win the Silhouette Cameo! I’ve seen a lot of awesome things made with the Silhouette. I love the fact you don’t need to use cartridges with it. I’ve been wanting one since it came out but it’s not in our budget at this time. Also, Jessica Sprague is AMAZING! I’m taking her free Top5 class right now and it’s great.
