December CARDS Blog Challenge WINNER!

I’m so excited to announce the winner of our first CARDS Blog Challenge! We recieved a lot of amazing card designs and choosing our favorite was tough! The winner of the December 2012 CARDS Blog Challenge is…Yana Smakula! We love the elements she used and the attention to detail. The darling bells add the perfect festive touch! Yana, congrats! I am a crafter. I love creating in all forms: jewelry-making, needlework, book-binding, sewing, etc. However, my passion is paper crafting.

I am the Editor and graphic designer for CARDS magazine. I feel so lucky to work in an industry I love, doing something I am passionate about. When I am not working on the magazine or playing with my three cute kids, you can usually find me with a stamp nearby and paper in hand.
